What is your return policy ?
You may return most undamaged items purchased at Cherry Empire Online Store within 14 days of the original delivery.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective in areas of missing items, damaged embroidery, faulty strap hooks, and stains.
If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 15 percent. No returns will be accepted after 14 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
The following items may not be returned:
Panties, Bikini, Thong, and any other underpants product.

Exchange Policy
The exchange policy is to safe guard both buyers and seller in conditions such as manufacturer defects.
Cherry Empire will be willing to do an exchange for you with no questions ask. Write us for the arrangement.
For items to be exchange in areas of missing items, damaged embroidery, faulty strap hooks, and wrong shipment, we would bare the postage cost for collecting and sending back to you. But this does not apply to wrong sizes exchange policy.
For exchanging of sizes, and style, please include $5.00 US exchange fee. We accept both Paypal and Money Order.
Exchange policy excludes Wholesale Purchases

What if I have received an item with manufacturer defect?
As we have several items to be sent everyday, it is thus not feasible for our staffs to checked all the items before packing in the parcel, but we would first like to apologize on behalf of the manufacturer for this defect as there is no 100% accuracy in times of manufacturing and we are willing to help do an exchange for the defects within 3 days upon item(s) received. Do not hesitate to write to us or give us a call to inform us of the defects so that we can serve you better in terms of exchanging services.

Once again we would like to apologize for our staffs' blunder. Do not hesitate to write us an email within 3 days upon item(s) received to inform us of the wrong posting and we will help to arrange for the exchange.

What if the sizes I have bought does not fit me?
The tag size is stated clearly in the listing, thus we seek your cooperation to check the details properly to prevent any misunderstanding. But if this problem arise, please write upon item(s) received to notify us of the exchange and we will try our best to see if we still have the right sizes to exchange for you, but that is only applicable if we still have the sizes you want, otherwise you might have to pick another item of equal or higher value for exchange. Also note that buyer would have to bare the postage cost for all sizes exchange.
